This January after my major Christmas pig out, I plan to start the year by working
out harder than I have ever done before…

I will train harder in the gym and keep more of an eye on my diet. I usually eat what I want
as I love everything sweet. But one of my 2017 goals is to be more disciplined and eat clean
with just a small amount of sugar on a cheat day. This is going to be a challenge!

With regards to training, my plan is to train 4-5 times a week with a mixture of cardio, body
weights and sessions with my personal trainer. I know this will benefit me as I will feel more
energised, more confident and healthier. The benefits are endless. And I love working out.

 

My favourite workouts are for legs and abs. (I hate to do them but love the results) My
personal trainer Peter Cobby made a plan especially for models to tone and keep us fit
without getting bulky, so I use this a lot.

Here are my 5 favourite leg workouts:
– Skipping 100x
– Sumo squats with Jump x20
– Lunges 10x (each leg)
– Burpee 20x
– Froggers 20x

Here are my favourite ab workouts:
– Plank 1 minute
– Side Plank with leg lift 10x (each leg)
– Hip drops 10x (each side)
– Crunches 50x
– Oblique Twists 40x

 

These are my favourite because I really notice a difference after I have done them, I
really feel the burn and see the results! But my favourite exercise above everything is
Boxing. I LOVE it. I don’t get to do it as much as I wish. It’s probably the exercise I’m
best at so naturally, I really enjoy it and it doesn’t feel like a chore to me.

I have been told by my PT and my boyfriend that I pack a very hard punch haha. This
year I plan to do a lot more boxing related exercises.
