2This smoothie breakie bowl has got to be one of the easiest/quickest healthy breakfasts you
can make.You can make it using pretty much any frozen fruits you like and top it off with some
more of your favourite things! With this taking only 5 minutes out of your morning routine you
have no excuse to not try it out…

Ingredients

– 3 frozen bananas
– 1/2 cup water
– 5 dates
– Pinch of cinnamon
– Any toppings you like
(I used shredded coconut, flax seeds, buckinis, granola, white nectarines and Orgamix chia seeds)

Method

1. Place the bananas, dates, water & cinnamon in your blender and blend until smooth

2. Pour into your bowl and add toppings

3. That was way too easy, go and make one!
